Licenced Private Hire Drivers

Due to our continuous growth, we are constantly seeking to recruit "PCO Registered" professional drivers in order to meet customer demands. Previous experience is preferable but not always essential if you have a sound knowledge of London.

Jimac Radio cars are Licenced by the Public Carriage Office as a Topographical testing centre, (which is an application requirement for new drivers). We are always wiling to help new drivers through all stages of the application process.

You have the opportunity to become licenced under the new Public Carriage Office (PCO) Legislation.

Your Responsibilities. Driving passengers and packages to all areas of London and the UK using the latest Satellite Navigation Systems and PDA Mobile Communication Device in addition to two way radio.

Conditions. All drivers positions are on a self employed basis.

Criteria. Minimum age is 25, Drivers must have a sound knowledge of the streets of London.

Previous experience as a cab driver is an advantage, good communication skills and commitment to customer service is essential.
